Why do I write? Miss Kat asks.
Well, I write mainly because it lets me voice my opinions and lets me have a wonderful anonymous person comment on a post saying "You is one ugly bitch"....At least if you are going to call names you would at least not be a coward in hiding your true identity, I mean, really.
This is how I feel when anonymous losers say things like that to me.
Anyway, on to more important things such as my keen ability to write. I love writing and I love informing others of my likes/dislikes. I love using pay-per-post because, well, I get paid for doing what I love! I have many readers who follow and stalk me, even people who don't like me stalk me! Isn't that fun or what? Popularity at its best I always say.

R.I.P. Old Faithful
Okay, so I'm in mourning for my crockpot. I had this thing since Tom and I got married back in 2001. It made the best roasts, italian beef, and porkchops falling apart. I will miss you but unfortunately you will have to be replaced....how else can a great cook be able to cope without a crockpot?

Site that sells inexpensive eyeglasses
Anyone who is blind like me who needs glasses can fully understand that finding inexpensive eyewear is important. When I checked out this site I was amazed at the prices. Where else can you find complete single vision eyeglasses starting at $8.00??
Definitely not at Lenscrafters that's for sure!
What if I could get quality eyeglasses on the cheap? Who would you I them for?
Are two questions asked. My answer to them are:
I could save money on frames and lenses!
I would buy them for myself and my husband who is more blind than me! (I guess if our two children have our "great" eyesight we'll save money using this website!
Also as I was checking out the website I noticed that If I broke my frame, I can reorder a replacement frame directly from the website, if it’s still available in the inventory. AND if I lost a nosepad or have loose or missing screws, they supply those in reasonable quantity on a continuing basis, without charge, as well as a tool to facilitate their replacement! How great is that?!?
The ordering cart looks very simple and easy to use and I have any questions I can call or e-mail them.
I hope you check out this site, I think I may use them for my eyeglass company in the future!

Army Life and Holidays
If you want, post about how the holidays are without your family and how it affected you, grab my badge too!
Bah humbug has been my two favorite words this past year. This holiday will mark the second year without my family and it kills me inside. Last year was the worst. My children made it a little better and put a smile on my face while inside my heart hurt. I longed for another family Christmas and even though I had my husband and 2 children it just didn't seem complete to me. I guess I'm a big family girl.
I know what you are saying, "Suck it up, you are an army wife! We all try to manage the best we can!"
I AM TRYING DAMMIT!
